The Refresher Course is a half day program.  Fee is $600 which includes continental breakfast, snack, manual, and online access to course materials. A copy of your present A.T.L.S.® card will be required with your registration to attend the refresher course. Refresher registration requires that you send a copy of your current ATLS Card to JJBRIGGS@LHS.ORG

1)  Take a phone photo/scan a copy of your current ATLS card and attach to an email to JJBRIGGS@LHS.ORG (Jodi Briggs, Trauma Services, 503-413-2405, Hours: 8 - 4 M-TH). In the SUBJECT LINE of your email enter: (your name) ATLS Card

2)  Note: You have nine months to complete the refresher process — three months before your status expires and six months after it expires. If you have not completed the process within this time frame, you will need to take the A.T.L.S.® Provider Course in its entirety.

After receipt of registration form and fee, and approximately 6 weeks prior to the course, we will forward to you an A.T.L.S.® manual. An email will be sent to you from the American College of Surgeons with a pretest. You must complete the pretest at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of your course.
