The Provider Course is a two day course. Fee is $925.00, which includes continental breakfasts, lunches, manual, and online access to course materials. It is for individuals who have not already taken and passed the A.T.L.S.® course previously or for those who wish to learn a safe, reliable method for immediate management of the injured patient.

Upon receipt of registration form and fee, and approximately 6 weeks prior to the course, we will forward to you an A.T.L.S.® manual and additional course information. An email will be sent to you from the American College of Surgeons with a pretest. You must complete the pretest at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of your course. 

Cancellations: full refund if cancelled prior to receiving course manual.  If cancelling after mailing of manual a $125 cancellation fee will be subtracted from funds returned to student.  No refunds for cancellations within the 3 weeks of the course or missed courses.  


Accreditation
The American College of Surgeons is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. CME is provided by the American College of Surgeons, A.T.L.S.® division, upon successful completion of the course.

The American College of Surgeons designates this live educational activity for a maximum of (Provider 15.75, Refresher 5) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. TM Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The American College of Emergency Physicians has approved ACEP category 1 credit for up to (Provider 15.75, Refresher 5).
